Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By utilizing Bay Area Pool Co. services, you agree to the rates and terms outlined in your Skimmer service agreement. We operate on a recurring subscription basis.

2. Access & Pets

Please ensure pets are secured and gates are unlocked on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access the yard, a trip charge may apply.

3. Payment

We require a credit card on file for all recurring services. Billing occurs on the 1st of the month via Autopay.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel service at any time with 30 days written notice via email to service@bayareapoolco.com.
